Diversity Dinner

There are countless ways to prepare potatoes. Enjoy the diversity!

We invite you to cook a potato dish typical of your home region at the HSG, enough to serve about 4 people. We’re hoping that a lot of people will prepare a potato dish so that we can try lots of different dishes that evening.

The HSG kitchen is open for this starting at 3:00 p.m., because it’s fun to cook together, even if everyone is making something different. Of course, you can also cook at home and bring the potato dish with you. The HSG will provide you with a €10 financial subsidy for grocery shopping. If you’d like, you can tell the others a quick one before dinner! In your presentation, explain why this dish is so special to you.

Our joint diversity dinner will then start at 7 pm. Of course, those who have not cooked anything are also invited.

Registration: not necessary, just drop by.

(Since we can never know how many people will come, please don’t expect a filling menu. But, there will always be enough food for everyone to try).
